Terms of Service

Data Collection & Privacy Disclosure

To register an account on tanmk.tv and participate in tournaments, we use Discord OAuth. By continuing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that we collect the following data:

  • • Discord Email Address: Used as a unique identifier to secure your account, prevent duplicate registrations, authenticate requests, and send critical updates.
  • • Discord Profile Metadata (ID, Username, Avatar): Used to set up your public profile, display your identity on leaderboard listings, and render your avatar.
  • • Roblox Account Information (Optional): If you choose to connect a Roblox account for gameplay verification, we query public Roblox APIs to save and show your Roblox User ID, username, and character avatar.

Detailed Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tanmk.tv ("we", "our", or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service or logging in.

2. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must register by linking a Discord account. You agree that the Discord account belongs to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and credentials.

3. Gameplay & Roblox Connectivity

Certain areas of our site, such as team association and tournament registrations, require verifying a Roblox account. By completing Roblox verification on tanmk.tv, you allow us to read public data associated with your Roblox account. We will never ask for your Roblox password.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Registering multiple accounts (alt abuse) to gain tournament advantage.
  • Using offensive, toxic, or abusive display names, team names, or profile bios.
  • Submitting false game statistics or match results.
  • Attempting to bypass security headers, scrape private data, or flood the API endpoints.

5. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You can edit your display name, profile visibility, and disconnect certain integrations through the Settings panel. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated profile data from our databases, you can do so by submitting a deletion request in your account settings or contacting an administrator.

6. Disclaimers & Testing Phase

The Service is currently in an early testing phase. We provide the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to wipe test data, modify database structures, or suspend the Service at any time without notice.

Security & Storage

We store account records inside Supabase databases. Your authentication tokens are stored securely in your browser as HTTPS-only cookies.

Public Visibility

Your username, Roblox link, team affiliation, and tournament stats are public by default. You can toggled your profile to private at any time in settings.
